Is it suitable for everyone?
SpineSense is designed for most adults and teens. It’s great for students, office workers, athletes, and anyone looking to improve posture. However, if you have specific medical conditions, consult your physician before use.
Can I clean it?
Yes. The straps are made from washable materials, while the smart module can be wiped clean with a soft cloth. (Make sure to cover the electronic module before washing straps.)

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to the EU, US, Middle East, and Asia. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver quickly and securely worldwide.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be processed and shipped, but our support team will do their best to assist you.
What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied, you can return your SpineSense within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
